Terms & Risk

Last updated on deploy. Read this before you use Fletch.

01 What Fletch is

Fletch is a non-custodial interface to a set of immutable smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. It is a lens: it reads the chain and helps you build and sign your own transactions. It never takes custody of your tokens or funds, never holds your keys, and cannot move, freeze, or reverse anything. Every action is signed by your own wallet and settled on-chain.

The protocol is permissionless and open. The contracts run with or without this website; the terminal is one front-end among any number that could read the same chain.

02 No advice

Nothing on Fletch is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation. Tokens launched here are created by third parties, not by us, and their presence is not an endorsement. Do your own research and consult your own professionals.

03 Risk — you can lose everything

Tokens on a bonding curve are highly speculative. Most go to zero. You can lose the entire amount you put in, quickly and permanently. There is no recourse, no refund, and no one to appeal to — settlement is final on-chain.

The contracts are immutable and, at launch, not covered by a completed independent audit (an audit is in progress; nothing here is represented as audited until a report is published). An undiscovered bug cannot be patched and could result in total, unrecoverable loss. Robinhood Chain is new; its infrastructure, and the wrapped-ETH and bridge contracts your funds pass through, carry their own risks outside our control.

04 Eligibility & restricted jurisdictions

By using Fletch you represent and warrant that:

  • you are of legal age and legally permitted to use it where you are;
  • you are not located in, a citizen or resident of, or accessing from a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction — including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions — and you are not a person or entity on any sanctions list (e.g. OFAC SDN);
  • you are not using a VPN or other means to disguise your location or circumvent these restrictions;
  • you comply with all laws that apply to you, including securities and tax laws.

Access may be geo-restricted in certain jurisdictions at our discretion.

05 Not affiliated with Robinhood

Fletch is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. "Robinhood Chain" refers to the blockchain network only. We claim no rights in the Robinhood name or marks.

06 No warranty

The interface is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be available, accurate, uninterrupted, or free of errors. On-chain data shown here is best-effort and may lag or be wrong; verify anything that matters against the chain directly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Fletch or the protocol.

07 Privacy & data handling

Fletch runs in your browser and holds as little as possible. We run no analytics and set no tracking cookies. Signed out, your watchlist, follows, alert history and preferences live only in your browser's local storage — clearing site data erases them. If you sign in with your wallet (optional, never required to trade), we store server-side: your wallet address (the session), your follow graph, and — only if you turn them on — a push subscription and notification preferences. If you fill in a profile, the short bio, avatar and any links you add are stored server-side too. Signing out revokes the session; ask us to delete the rest at fletchlaunchpad@proton.me. If a screen crashes, your browser sends us the error message, its digest and the page path — no identity attached — so we can fix it.

Honest caveats about what leaves your device: every on-chain read goes to an RPC provider, which — like any web host — sees your IP address; if you connect a mobile wallet, the WalletConnect relay carries that session; and token images load directly from third-party hosts chosen by the token's creator, so those hosts see the standard requests your browser makes (including your IP). We cannot see or control what those third parties log. Anything you write on-chain (trades, callouts, room posts) is public and permanent by design — that is the product, not a leak.

08 Contact & announcements

Status, incident notices, and announcements are posted publicly on X at @fletchbondrh. Security vulnerabilities should be reported privately through the disclosure process at /.well-known/security.txt, not on X. For a legal notice, a data-deletion request, or to reach a human, email fletchlaunchpad@proton.me.

This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal counsel. If any part conflicts with applicable law, the rest still applies.
